My role at Franklin, as the current Global Finance Shared Services Manager, is to focus on streamlining our global AR, AP & Credit functions to regional hubs and improve processes and find efficiencies.  Additionally, I assist in the global rollout of various technologies needed by these core functions.

I started my career at Ernst & Young doing tax compliance.  I came to Franklin Electric in 2010, joining the tax department, and doing state and local, federal, and international compliance work.  In 2015 I began heading our transferring pricing compliance and in early 2017 took over leading our intercompany accounting team, as well.  

From January 2018 through November 2024 I headed our efforts in the Robotics Process Automation space.  Since November 2024, I've lead our efforts to initiate global finance shared services.
