Sara Roach

As supervisor, I share duties and responsibilities with a team of skilled, highly motivated professionals to efficiently and accurately report the company's tax compliance. I oversee and direct team members from daily tasks to assigning project work. I  challenge the team to think critically about the company's current tax obligations. We work as a team to prepare and complete quarterly ASC740 calculations and analysis as well as global tax considerations.

We have a highly collaborative and friendly environment here at Franklin Electric. We tackle difficult calculations and theories as a team. We have adopted a hybrid work environment which makes the work week very comfortable. If you have not been exposed to international tax, we are happy to teach you.

I have a background in both public and industry tax, having worked for publicly traded companies in various tax capacities. I also have a history of food and retail management as well as several leadership volunteer experiences. My passion is learning! I love to learn and share what I've learned with my team. We meet regularly to discuss professional development and progress.
