I am the Director, Human Resources - Talent supporting people initiatives here at Franklin Electric that empower our talented employees to thrive. Our employee's dedication fuels our success and growth, and I am honored to play a role in supporting their success. I also love helping my community and am able to do so here at Franklin by leading the United Way Committee and our Junior Achievement volunteering partnerships. Through our facility fundraising, we raised $94,000 for the United Way of Allen County in 2023!

I am very proud to be born and raised here in beautiful Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am a self-proclaimed HR "nerd" and love to chat with fellow HR colleagues on our field. Prior to Franklin Electric, I have 12 years of Human Resources experience in the food manufacturing industry. I joined Franklin Electric in 2020 in the Corporate Human Resources Manager role supporting our Fort Wayne, IN location and US Remote employees.
