Jeff Wilder

Product Manager

What I do at Franklin Electric

I manage the Franklin Electric North American plumbing products.  Specifically overseeing the submersible sump, effluent, sewage, and utility lines with most holding the Little Giant brand name.  I create sound product strategies while bridging gaps across executive leadership, engineering, and customers.   I professionally interpret and translate needs from customers or from across the organization and turn them directly into new or altered products with go-to-market strategies that produce measurable results.

Why Franklin Electric

Franklin Electric strives to keep priorities straight such as safety and their 5 Key Factors of quality, availability, service, innovation, and cost.  Franklin also has a very collaborative atmosphere and is generally open to new ideas and ways of doing things if it will help us all grow.

Who am I?

I hold a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and spent around a decade in various roles like manufacturing engineering, application engineering, product engineering, and R&D test engineering.  From there I moved into project management and earned my Masters in Business Administration where I managed large-scale multi-million dollar high-profile development projects for new and emerging markets.  I then transitioned further into the business and marketing world with direct Product Management with Franklin Electric for the last couple of years.
