What I do at Franklin Electric

Director, Marketing & Customer Success

Building on my previous role at Franklin Electric, I expanded my responsibilities to include guiding all facets of customer relations including account management, customer support and order entry. With efficiency and 80/20 methodologies in mind, I created the company’s first Customer Success organization. My current focus is:

• Unlocking synergies between both marketing and customer success through resource alignment, restructuring and utilization of global shared services and external agency partners.
• Overseeing operational adoption of best practices that unlock ability to deliver on mission to becoming an indispensable partner to customers and providing “white glove service” to top customers.
• Leading all facets of brand marketing including advertising campaigns, digital transformation, new product commercialization, trade show and event planning, and other projects including corporate marketing.
• Creating long-term value for the organization focused on markets, segments, products, and customer relationships.
• Working with the business strategy and development teams and leadership to prepare for and execute on new business opportunities.
• Assuming marketing ownership for newly acquired and created water treatment business unit requiring brand consolidation, organizational restructuring, and agency alignment.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to recruit and manage both internal teams and external partners on a global level, helping to not only find the best talent, but also coach these relationships in ways that encourage growth and personal development. Leading some of the best people in the world, my focus is always on elevating the customer experience with strategic planning and targeted executions that keep companies positioned for the future.
