Erin Small

I am the Customer Success Manager at our Corporate HQ in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  I support the Customer Success team with managing training opportunities, goals discussion, helping with day-to-day tasks for the given positions as well as helping maintain the level of customer service needed to assist customers.

I am very proud to be born and raised in Indiana.  I work with the customer success team and enjoy helping other achieve goals! Prior to Franklin Electric, I have 14 years of Sales/Customer Success Management experience in the Insurance industry.
