In my role at Franklin Electric, I lead our talent acquisition efforts—making sure we find and hire the best people to help drive our business forward. I work with teams around the world to build strong hiring strategies, improve processes, and create a great experience for candidates from start to finish. 

I've been with Franklin Electric for almost 4 years, helping shape our talent acquisition strategy & global processes. Prior to that, I spent five years in the recruitment agency world, where I focused on both technical recruiting and sales.
